Thank you for choosing our facility for your rental location. We hope that the YMCA can accommodate your group in every way possible. Please let us know if you have any special needs or requests and we will service to the best of our ability.

Group Rates

Any group of 10 or more people may use the facility during regular hours at a discounted group rate of $3.00 per person for non-members. Group visits must be arranged at least one day in advance by contacting the Director or the Membership & Marketing Manager.

Rental Rates

Community Room during open hours

• $25 per hour
• $50 for half day (3 hours)
• $80 for full day (4 or more hours)
  ** Room is free for qualified 501c3 organizations.

Reunion Package during open hours

• Families or groups renting the community room can pay an extra fee to allow everyone who is attending your event the opportunity to use the entire YMCA facility. This package is available only during regular YMCA building hours. Prices are as follows:
  
  
  • $70 for a 3-hour community room rental with group facility usage.
  • $100 for an entire day community room rental with group facility usage.

Gymnasium rental during open hours (only during non-peak times)

• $25 for half court

Facility Rental After Hours (until 10 p.m.)

• Pool -- $125 per hour
• Facility without pool -- $125 per hour
• Entire facility including pool -- $200 per hour

Overnight Parties (Pool unavailable for overnighters)

• Minimum of $500
• If you have more than 165 participants, the charge is $3.00 per person
• Additional $25 per hour set-up fee can be paid if you would like YMCA staff to set up for your event.

Birthday Parties

The YMCA provides a safe and fun environment for children’s birthday parties. The YMCA party packages are generally intended for children ages 12 and younger. Party includes:

• Cupcakes, drinks and table service for 10 children (in addition to birthday child)
• T-shirt for the birthday child
• Two hours in the YMCA however you want to spend it (example: one and a half hours swimming and a half hour in the community room to open gifts or play games)
• An inflatable bounce house can be added for an extra fee. The inflatable bounce house is intended for children ages 3-10.
• Parties must be booked at least one week in advance (but not more than 3 months). All
• fees must be paid in order for the party to be placed on the birthday calendar.

COSTS:

• BASIC PARTY: $50 members/$100 non-members
• INFLATABLE PARTY: $125 members/$175 non-members
• EXTRA GUESTS: $3 for each additional child on either party
